Players are assumed to start with a melee weapon that is +0. This is basically a sturdy club of some sort.
There are two types of melee weapon enhancement: Damage and Personalization.
Damage adds one die of damage to the weapon. Personalization adds 2 dice, but only for the person who Improv'd it. Points in Personalization must be less than or equal to points in Damage.
